FAQ's
Blocking and Anchoring your Shed:
All Superior Sheds are engineered to meet the 150 mph wind zone. However the 'Installation/Blocking/Anchoring' is critical in Florida. Our install crews are trained to place the blocks as specifically called for in our anchoring drawing. The number of blocks and placement of anchors are based on the size of the shed. Superior anchoring system is unique and designed to hold in inclement weather. Ask our Lot Representative to show you our anchoring system - you'll see why many schools and businesses trust our unique anchoring system!
Getting Your Shed into your Yard:
Superior Sheds are built in a factory and brought out fully assembled. You don't have to worry about tight fit trees, small gate size, set backs, or any other obstacle that would stop most companies. Our delivery crews have years of experience and can find a safe way to get your shed where it needs to be. Check with our Lot Representative on constraints and obstacles in your yard. We can roll them in, crane them over or slip them through tight spots. Experience counts!
Quality Check List:
Our crew will go through a quality check list before they leave to be sure you are ready to safely store your belongings! Inspections by Building Officials after the installation will include how we blocked and anchored and checking the set back requirements. The State of Florida D.C.A. paperwork and insignia in your shed verify the construction standard your inspector will look for.
